Many clients are referred to us by banks, mortgage brokers, attorneys, CPA's, real estate brokers and financial planners.
- TO ALL BROKERS and Approved Intermediaries- We pay one of the highest fees in the industry for referral fees up to 50% of the origination points. We have over 3,000 banks and referral brokers working with us on a daily basis to close loans that they would not ordinarily be able to close and fund. We close 97%+ of all loans brought into the company. We will not accept any loan that we do not believe that we can close.
We will pay you upon closing of the loan.
This is strictly a referral fee. Besides getting the answers to a few simple questions NO OTHER WORK IS REQUIRED FROM YOU. We suggest you refer those prospects that you have not been able to place elsewhere. Upon receipt of the referral, we immediately give you a legal agreement, our "Referral Fee Guarantee" which states all details of the referral.
- If you are NOT AGREEABLE to working on this fee basis, please do not contact us since we will not make any exceptions to this referral fee arrangement. We must be able to deal with the borrower directly and possibly work with him under our own agreement. If purchasing a property or business, the borrower must have made an offer and have a written acceptance from the seller.
