USA Mortgage Corp's Conduit Office Loan Program provides permanent fixed rate financing and suburban single tenant, multi-tenant, and credit tenant office properties. Office loans are available in most market sectors for stabilized properties with a demonstrated ability to re-lease at market rates.
In addition to the office conduit loan program, We provide office commercial loans through its traditional commercial loan program. For office loan sizes under $1 million please visit our small balance plus office loan program.
For single tenant or anchor tenant properties, lease terms should extend past the fixed term of loan.
